I want to earn stable, passive income that can afford me time to enjoy my life, and pursue other deals.  

I know a lot of people recommend contracting everything out but I enjoy doing some of the rehab myself which is a big reason I want to get into REI.

I've enjoyed reading Gallinelli's books, so was curious about the software. 

We enjoy working with Realtors and have many great relationships with them.   

Despite this, I am very confident in my analysis and numbers (I'm an engineer by training and enjoy the numbers aspect of real estate investing), so I could leverage my analysis as a means to convince lenders despite not having a track record of deals. 

I develop and broker towers for all of the carriers and it is a very niche form of real estate that I really enjoy.  

Once you own the land then you have to give notice to vacate.

I just joined BP after many months of enjoying and listening to the podcasts.

I will be vacating one unit so it doesn't matter much for that one.

if it's something you don't enjoy i seriously recommend doing something else there's just so many moving factors to wholesaling that's left out and I had to find out the hard way!
