You can check with itrip (They have franchise owners in different local markets and I've heard good things about them generally-they are who i am going to use on 1 of my units) , vacasa ( I heard mixed reviews of them), and whomever else you can find.

I’m guessing it’s a mix of that’s “too” much free advice, not that many people get sued (don’t hear any complaints about it on bp, and it’s most Likely very State specific since LLC are legal entities registers by State.Just get insurance and an umbrella policy.
