I am neither selling or promoting anything including myself here, and if being in the business of Real estate Investing and educating others is disqualifying, then these forums are going to be pretty worthless.

(In today's world you can send them a bill via E-mail in QuickBooks, so no stamps or envelope needed anymore if your tenants have a computer, and I don't know of any tenant who doesn't.

I submit to you that BP is far more involved with promoting wholesaling or selling RE without a license than the Guru's are ... its very popular on this site as you well know..
