I'm asking how to place this T/B in a house to be acquired for them.Matt, this is why I mentioned MLS right now as a source of leads for houses to acquire because there are no interesting prospects from my sellers list.I'll call a few listing agents today about lease option.For it to make sense for them, there would need to be enough cash to cover their commission and maybe some other closing costs?

If we wait another 10-15 to change without adjusting it in some way to inflation, we will have deterred way too much investment and some will have chosen to cut back on their amount of labor and earnings potential.

To me it seems that with the rising rates and and no tax credit, potential buyers will FEEL as if they missed the boat to get a deal and at least for a few months will have remorse for not taking advantage of the two which will deter them from buying.
