I haven't really gotten involved as much due to traveling for work.

I would think for the time involved you could free up some of your marketing time to take the important things-the calls and spending more time with that precious daughter!

That being said, Quickbooks is a pretty poor platform for the kind of inventory production accounting involved in flipping.

While I think it's cool to get involved in the process it gets a little too much about making money.

From my limited understanding and searching around on google, it seems appraisals are mainly important when there is a loan of some sort involved.

Any one have any contacts there or know of another company involved?

I believe while this seems to be an issue in some areas a better way in all areas would be to use a Warranty Deed or if the is financing involved, a Special Warranty Deed subject to the existing financing.
