That being said, just work in a longer process and I would imagine a some of the smaller stuff might run into issues depending on how you are trying to exit (i.e. know your end buyer and make sure the site(s) you are looking at are big enough for them).

For this reason, you should build your own to start, especially if you're analyzing easy stuff like SFR and small MF.
