With only 32 units you will likely not have more than 10% move outs in a year making it fairly simple to do yourself.You can not get eviction or criminal background checks in Ontario.

Shoot, all those places that require you to completely update wiring when you swap out a panel are positively criminal and just trying to squash your capitalistic spirit and inhibit your ability to make a profit.

BUT then again its got the campus ghetto thing going on too, and that brings its own problems like noise and opportunistic criminals.    

They are a determined criminal.   

I still do my criminal background checks and use credit worthiness to approve potential tenants.
