Greetings, My wife and I have three children and three grand children and not quite 60, we have lived most of our married lives out of the USA, (Mexico and Spain) but now living in McAllen Texas, we both have some real estate experience, owned our own company in Spain selling apartments to northern Europeans, went well until the bust in 2007 and 2008, we also had real estate license's in Florida and lived there for 4 years, We now are wanting to do some serious REI and learn, network in Southern Texas, thanks for your input.
