So you know all the filters, flappers, and locks are new and drain clean and clear....On "what needs to be done" in the future I think you will see this on your day to day maintenance (one advantage of being a DIY landlord) you can spot the loose boards and areas that need paint or protection, while sweeping, shoveling or mowing, etc...

We all breathed a sigh of relief.You made me laugh as I remembered the meeting.By the way the government job title of the person doing reviews maybe just be Architect as in my case but the person can be an Engineer or Architect looking for signatures, seals, code issues etc.Good Luck to ya.

One thing I've done is filter to just the agents so you can also have a list of active agents on given areas.You can likely scrape places like zillow for similar information.
