So it's not like the magistrate level where you can find forms where you fill in the blanks.

I've tagged along with the property manager on occasion, it helps me get comfort things are going alright.  

But I say that with the assertion that I've considered staging several of mine and haven't done it and don't feel it kept me from getting the top of the market on any of those occasions.
