I don't think with the lower class properties, someone should have a scarlet "S" for the rest of their life,  everyone needs a home.

How have your living arrangements been throughout your life? 

I've been submersed in this new world of wholesaling for 3 weeks now, and it's the first thing I've genuinely been excited about in the "career" part of my adult lIfe.

currently needing to upgrade a new property of mine and am stuck trying to figure out which would be my best option to go with: Combination CO2 & Smoke alarms that are 10yr sealed or just plain jane battery operated.

I budget to replace all large ticket items that will be less than 25% of their remaining life in the next 5 years ie.

So the answer is, know when your roof was last replaced (and all other major CapEx) and plan to replace them 1 or 2 years ahead of its actual life. 

Just remember they're asking you to mess with your life at no risk to them.Stay the course you're on now - search hard before you close. 

It isn't for everybody and like everything in life, you just have to find what makes you happy and focus on that.    

We knew we did not want to be employees all our life but was not sure what to do till now.Just trying to learn enough to get that first deal under way.
