If so, you'd probably pretty familiar with the process and it would be a good idea to do another house-hack if you had a good experience from it.In general, if you're out of pocket-payment is less than the rent you would've had to pay, it's not a bad idea to do a house-hack.

If your properties are Replacement Cost and $250k, that price isn't that bad.
