I hope to get 20-50 calls per day.I suspect that I will lose some people because they don't want to talk to a "call center robot" - but that's a cost of doing business on a large scale.

I don't know of anyone who is likely to make a buying decision based on someone who sounds like a robot or a 3rd world "customer service" or tech support person.

As for the comments of handwritten or automation.

As you get going, doing it yourself, I'm sure you'd think of ways to automate or cut down on time (other than throwing hard earned money at someone else to do it for you).

No worries though, you can get an estimate using an AVM (automated valuation model) like Zillow's Zestimate, or by getting comparable sales and calculating it yourself from Redfin, Zillow, etc.

And none of my staff are robots.  

I kind of want to go for it because of the automated system they are providing, and not necessarily for the coaching.

That bookkeeper will not be incented to work efficiently or use automation tools if they can make more income by being slower and more manual.

I'll drop you from our list right away (hedge if your system is automated enough another letter might already be on its way.)
