Don't use short term financing arrangements for long term financing requirements!

My first 90-days goals were to set the stage for me to be able to market myself to other professionals.  

The neighbor has a drain just outside of the stage door and one just inside the door.  

Well,  have been learning for a while but I'm in the first stages of taking action.  

Most students stay on campus their first one or two years, and afterwards many will make impulse decisions regarding their living arrangements. 

Hey, @Todd Cohen  Why don't you arrange a Subject To takeover of the loan? 

What other arrangements can you make to form a great relationship with a listing agent while remaining ethical?

You may be at a stage in your career where a $400k oops can be absorbed.  

Given the arrangement $1-1.50 seems fair to me.On a side note, 26 hours to lay 600 sq ft of laminate is crazy unless this included all the demo, new baseboards / shoe molding, painting of said molding etc...
