.), until more permanent structures can be built.And with 5G rolling in (with government support), in the next few years (as need increases) it seems like coverage should increase.My understanding of this, is some carriers have stronger signals in some areas than others, and 3 bars on one carrier could mean 1 bar on another.Meaning one resident could have decent coverage and another could have spotty weak coverage depending on who you pay your monthly bill too (and many people are locked into longer term plans with phone financing built in), so a product (service?)

Assuming no one is manipulating the VA profit margin to stick it to vets while publicly saying they "support the veterans," which banks like to do all the time (I wish they were required to publicly disclose when they set their VA loan profit margins higher than conventional, in many cases it's a whopping 2x).

According to her...by renting in a desired area for weeks at a time she is able to cover all her expenses in only a few months and allows her to support lots of her living expenses in her current property in NY.I am well aware, that there are variables such as how much she bought the new property for, how much she put down, how much rent is she getting, where she currently lives now, etc.

Demolition entrance porch and bathroom ( including block supporting structure (steps will remain on (do not demo)) - replace with wood to support structure and if absolutely necessary use block if needed but minimize cost here as well.Construct gable roof structure to replace bathroom and porch to meet minimum size requirements for bathroom - adjust the entrance way to bathroom only to minimum requirementsRoof must be metalAll new electrical and plumbing beneath ( I have an electrician who I have contracted to do teh whole unit)Provide the bare minimum cost kitchen counter and cabinets including sink if needed.
