That means my purchase price, rehab, holding costs and closing/soft costs can't exceed $42k which is 70% of $60k.

I got the green light from the local commercial bank this morning and will hopefully be making an offer next week after another run-through a property with a contractor friend and mentor.Sandy, thanks for the invite to the RE group meetup.

Good morning everyoneSo for a few years I've had this awesome idea in my head that won't go away but I'm not sure if it's a bad idea or a good idea.  

(Think infomercial), But most of the meetups are more or a non-profit  philosophy just trying to cover the costs of the meetings and used for networking with a bit of education and a soft upsell usually on the services of the person speaking / educating the group..

I'm not too sure about Wayne, but in Macomb it is held at the county courthouse on fridays in the morning.
