We've decided to take our aesthetic to Dallas, for several reasons both business and personal but we're excited for this next chapter of building.Outside of real estate, we like to take our dogs to the beach/park, try new foods and sharpen our RE skills.

Keep in mind too that even if rentals are allowed today.... the HOA can change that in the future.

It's easy to draw out but it's not easy when you want to change your numbers since one thing effects the other.I'm trying to find something where you can put your first rental at the top, type in it's cash flow and keep working your way down as you acquire more properties.  

Keep it to 50-60 psi.

Just keep in mind that construction costs can add up and timelines for building can vary.

Cons', My money is sat in this house which i cant use for any other personal investments.

How they divide between seller/buyer or keep it all is up to them.

I am also a Panama resident, and have been trying to secure some additional properties in America, but it would be nice to keep it closer to "home".  

BUT my wife and I are having a tough time keeping up with it.
