I'm not going to send a check to a treasurer whose term expired and may not even own a unit anymore, without some idea of where the money is going and how it will be used.The commons areas need attention, but even if I got on the board and straightened things out, I doubt very seriously that I could get a majority agreement from the rest of the owners to make any major expenditures.

My question would be why mess with something like this when you can enter into another market with less risk and more CASH FLOW.I think this has become a MAJOR problem, that many investors are looking to get into the game, but they are trying to stay in their own market and they can not make any money there.

These aren't always obvious, and certainly aren't always the same as the neighborhood divisions or major streets.If you can't just drive to the area, get on a plane and rent a car.Note that I do believe in the "super crunching" sites like cyberhome and zillow do to try to get their estimates.

I do think that some form of our system is beneficial.I also think that the majority don't understand the system & could care less what is going on in the big picture.
