I believe it has a lot to do with WHO they buy the bonds from and WHAT the sellers do with the money.If they buy bonds directly from the US Treasury, the US Government will pi$$ it away in a matter of minutes with zero effect on the economy, spending, or inflation.

You simply follow the law and you don't have anything in your contract that violates any requirement.Simply stating jurisdiction of the contract, that it shall be governed by the laws of the state of kali, will do.

Nyahahahahahahaha....I guess the plus of this is they're getting government assistance for rent and would be very calm, quiet tenants.Personally I would market this as: Rent ONLY to people with "medical marijuana cards."
