I'm told they'll have an answer on the 29th.On the 30th I ask about the status, they say they received 33 offers (18 of which were cash) and they are still reviewing them.

But therein lies the task of digging for the gold!

An being a non-profit, all our efforts go right back into our membership.I also invite you to come as my guest to the next General Meeting on September 4th.

In a week or 2 I will check the status and call back, perhaps with a different RE agent to make the same offer at $110k again, and if they piss me off again, I will go down to a $105 firm final offer, then move on...

My current status is very early in this entire scheme.

Tenant agrees to pay for repairs of all damages thatthey or their guests have caused. 

We expect to be cash flowing nicely this year (excluding closing costs).Lessons Learned:- Like a previous podcast guest mentioned.

Hard to guess but in moving on be sure to align yourself with a new agent and verify his/her status with the broker and if the broker has a NAID so you are ready to pull the trigger with no doubts this time.
