how about pittsburgh there are alot of great areas someone may prebuy this house. anywere with a view or south side near the southside works pittsburgh was voted the most liveable city in america plus your already here. something to think about. i havent seen to many new constuction home's sitting unsold in pittsburgh especially with a view people jump on them around pittsburgh

I'm working in corporate America right now in the mortagge industry and am very well versed in mortages as a whole, but need assistance with entering investing in this area.

I blame this on my corporate america experience.   

Definitely a younger, just got a cool tech job, crowd, coming in from all over the USA and outside America too.

It's great to be free of corporate america, but being a small business owner has it's own set of challenges!  

The real estate market sucks there never got involved in it but I surely wish I had the knowledge while living there about the real estate back home in America.

I focused more on Latin America, mostly because this is a region of the world I have not explored yet.

Most recently, I have found out about the Bank of America loan.

Somewhere on here I read about Finance of America.
