Here's an image I found that shows a partition with a fireplace that's seen from all 3 sides. 

They have the visual in their mind of a place that needs work, and that is the image they tend to keep - that they are living in a unit that needs work, so they will find work for you to do, in my experience.  

It is crucial that a landlord, property manager or investor protect their image on social media.

@Masi Jiovanna From the images you've shared with us, If it were my property I would have considered this normal wear and tear.

But assuming you find someone you trust they can motivate you when you're discouraged, they can do the tasks that you find difficult or more challenging (hopefully they compliment you and aren't simply a mirror image of yourself), they can help you to maximize your time thus allowing you to get into more deals at a single time (diversification), and even if they're not overly experienced just having someone in the field to bounce ideas off of, brainstorm, and potentially catch a potential future problem can be extremely valuable.That's the kind of partner I aim to be and the kind of partner I'd like to find (always looking).

images attachedSo we resubmitted within 1day, but are now waiting again, not sure if our resubmittal was received.Just wondering if anyone on BP has experience dealing with the city, and understand what they really like to nitpick, so that i can have my engineer make those changes before the city reviews any further.  

(As I said, Idaho tends to be wedded to how things always were, in the past, & reluctant to adopt new things to Idaho.)

I love a couple of my friends to DEATH - they got on his bandwagon and I'm glad they did absolutely - We all went on a road trip to a friends wedding last fall (19 hrs driving one way) -- we listened to a lot of Ramsey podcasts on the way. 

I couldn't image learning this from scratch without the help of everyone on BP.
