When you acquire properties you have much to consider, like schools, crime rates, access to shopping areas and traffic/traffic noise, area water quality!  

Lyle, a few weeks back I came across an article on the web that talked about transferring LLC's and how to go about doing it. 

I know there is research somewhere on number of years we waste waiting - in traffic or in lines for transit that does not function.
