Hello, we are on a well and looking for Recommendations for a good water filtration system / company while also not breaking the bank?

Still have to account for roof, appliances, hvac, hot water heaters, etc.

Water/Electric/Gas on site with tenant paying utilities.

My insurance company just told me that when my landlord policy renews it will not include water backup coverage because I had a claim earlier in the year and they will not be able to put that on a policy for me until 2026.

It has water and power as well as a cell tower on it and a small building.

Do I need to tell them to stop all utility accounts like electricity, water, garbage...etc.

But that's all water under the bridge at this point. 

.$3300 water and sewer...$3-400 for snow removal....$1200 repairs/maintenance....other utilities paid by tenants...all seperate meters.

Agreed above, people who spend $400 a night on Airbnb don’t care about pump price.

Recently I did a job in the Pearland area I manage to have a conversation with a customer and he is interested to sell his house, is a two story house have 3 bedroom, and 2 baths doesn't look in good condition, but I think this is a flip house, also the customer just had it install a Furnace and a new water heater. the customer happily provide me with his phone number and his address.
