Most sensors need to be connected to wifi and checked on every once and a blue moon.Is the best move to mandate in the contract that the tenant maintain those connected sensors and connect them to the wifi they pay for?

Sounds like you already closed, do you have any Army Corps issues that came up in your due diligence, i.e. blue line streams?

As a first time investor I agree with Clayton that I do have the first time investor blues.
