If you have the chance I have 2 questions regarding this:First, are there any complications/legalities to being both an appraiser and an investor in the same area?

Encourage your child to apply for hundreds of scholarships and seek cheaper education, if the child needs a student loan he/she can get one but teach them a valuable lesson about money and debt and encourage them to avoid unnecessary student loan debt.

Some non-institutional investors use ROI as their preferred measurement, in many cases because calculating IRR is a more complicated calculation.

Spreading myself too thin would make things a little more complicated and could potentially push my goals farther down the road than I would like.
