Dual US-Canadian RE newbie living in Quebec seeking legal advice

Being a US citizen residing in Canada (now a Canadian citizen also) I have a complicated situation when it comes to having investments (and having to pay taxes on them).  I would like to talk to an accountant/attorney who will be able to advise me as to implications for me investing in Canadian and/or US Real Estate.
