What objections do you hear & how do you respond to get an appointment set?

There are unique properties in the area have it on the deed that allow STR but hard to find. 

For me it is rental properties, you have a unique background that will allow you to manage sub contractors effectively, I would use that for value add properties, purchase with cash/hard money/private, rehab them, and find local banks to refinance your costs out.

They're satisfied with their living conditions, rent is cheap, work and objectives are being complete.
