I personally don't like using furnished finders accessory systems as they have big holes in them, but one thing I have learned is they are a travel medical professional you can ask to see their contract.

Judging by how far off your offer and inspection report are from their BPO and counteroffer, you will know more or less how to proceed at that point.Make sure your files contain the following always:1)MLS listing showing you have had the property on the market for a while and haven't been able to sell it at the demanded figure, so therefore you need approval on a lower offer to make it work.2) Inspection report documenting everything that needs to done to the place to bring it up habitable standards.

We'll be paying cash, so we won't have the issues of trying to obtain financing for a non-owner occupied property.I have a background in social work/affordable housing/fair housing issues, so while both of us work full-time now (I run our travel business and my husband has a W-2 job), eventually, I will likely run our real estate investment business full-time.

My father worked for the federal government for 40-plus years and, thank God, he has a decent pension, but it’s basically exactly what he needs for living expenses and the modest things he likes to spend money on, like buying books, traveling to visit his grandchildren and buying them presents.

I was originally going to lease this unit as a regular rental but instead I'm now thinking of going the www.airbnb.com or www.vrbo.com route and rent it out for a few days or a week to travelers coming to town.
