I'm 28 and I've been a pediatric nurse for 8 years and earlier this year I was blessed with a beautiful baby girl and decided to put my career on hold so I can be stay at home mom.

I am very happy and thankful to have found this site as it has given me the ambition to get the ball rolling for a prosperous new real estate career.

I work about 60 hours per week in my career (automotive dealership management), 50-ish at the dealership.

I am just starting my wholesaling career at 23 and I know I am far from where I want to be right now.

I'm also about to leave my 9 to 5 career and am considering rolling over my employer managed pension fund to a self directed 401K with checkbook control so that I may grow the fund by investing beyond ETFs (namely real estate).

Now, I have shifted gears in my education and am pursuing a career in real estate.
