I did 10 evictions in 2 years it was ridiculous I was literally kicking in doors (people using propane to heat an apartment), throwing tenant things in the street, calling the police constantly.

I haven't heard but would be interested what strategies maybe used to target more defined areas like a street or cross street.

Imagine getting a couple properties on the downtown main Street before a huge boom.

You know what streets have high crime, which have good school, and which are in desirable areas. 

A county has multiple cities, and cities in the same county can have the same street address.

I have found a commercial REO property that has an existing SFR that has been converted to a retail/office space and a basement apartment.This property is located on a busy downtown street it has a 1,000 sf basement apartment that with some renovation will make a nice 2/2 apartment.

Darryl, the Donalds are entertaining and insightful however, odds are you will never play in the arenas of which he speaks.You will be best served by reading practical down to earth nuts and bolts methods of doing the street level deals long before you building Luxury highrise buildings across the globe.I like Don but his books really won't help the small investor much, other than motivating you to think very BIG!

You know the demographics, the streets, shopping centers, places of worship, if any new developments are happening, companies in town, schools, etc.
