I don't steal a lot of business from credit unions over rate, nor do I lose anything to them, it's almost always a matter of speed, service, who the client feels will take better care of them, not really a compelling rate/fee difference either way.

And while ski season typically starts at Thanksgiving, it doesn't pick up speed until Xmass and lasts until about Mid March (when people forget about skiing because of the warmer temps).

Hopefully these will help decrease the learning curve required to come up to speed on these things, but these are things that will always take time and effort to master (and, if you're like me, you'll probably never master it).My biggest piece of advice is still to just be very conservative -- assume there will be some little surprises along the way (even after many, many projects) and if you see any indication of major concerns, get them checked out sooner rather than later.

Hi,I had the fortunate event of having Eddie Speed frequent my portrait studio this weekend.His son had mentioned, to me, his famimly owned some land on North Texas during our photoshoot.

Currently looking to join a mentoring program, i feel that this will help me speed up the learning curve and provide the opportunity to network with experts and likeminded individuals.
