This is not listed on MLS "for lease", the price is not aggressive and there is no apparent marketing effort besides a sign in the window. 

I'm slowly acquiring furniture and decorative items from garage sales, our local thrift shop, Craigslist, the classifieds and Restore/Habitat for Humanity store that sells donated appliances, floor covering, furniture, windows, doors etc.

We have a property under contract and discovered 'settling' of one corner. Foundation repairs were completed in 2013 and I have booked a structural engineer to assess.  I asked for a report to determine if the repair ...

I pass a house all the time that is a vacant house (starting to fall apart, unkept, notice on window from county, mail piling up, ect.) that would make for an excellent flip in a desirable area.

Update, it was unavailable on my iphone through the podcast app/itunes and the website as it wouldn't pull up on the episode page, BUT am now listening to it after clicking to listen in a new window.  

That was the short short version, but I did not have to remove a wall or replace a broken window......

Do windows need to be replaced?

First floor has a beautiful open concept kitchen with white shaker cabinets that reach the ceiling, wet bar, hood over range, farm sink, large lit pendants over the island, stainless steel appliances and new windows.

But... what is stopping me from washing the windows once a month of that 3rd party, on the house I owner financed, for $100 a month?

The renovation consisted of just about everything cosmetic: roof, windows, flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, doors.
