Any other options anyone can think of? 

I have been with a property mgmt. company for the last 6+ years and thinking of managing on my own.

I would actually think smaller, not larger.

I think it's smart to put money into the stock market.

If you are, I would not worry about what they think.  

I agree I think very few folks start off with criminal intent.

Makes me wonder why more of them aren't making proper efforts to educate themselves on value and instead think that a house selling for say $250K is a great deal because it is much cheaper than houses where they are from.

Why do you think purchase contracts are so long and have such small print?

I’d think most renters would have their own charger depending on the plug types used.Until EVs are much more prevalent and the standard is 100% aligned for charger I don’t think we’ll see a lot of them except at mega complexes, and to your point it’ll probably be a manager who wants a write off for theirs.
