I'm sure there are floorplans available online somewhere but there's no way you'd find one that would fit your specific building dimensions and features.

As I understand it, everyone who uses Quickbooks for flipping uses the 'class tracking' feature to set up each individual property.

I do however want to get rents up to market value.I am in an area that enjoys a low cost of living and the rent roll ranges from 500 to 700 a month on nearly identical units features and square footage wise.

Being it by reading books, attending seminars, or just looking through real estate forums and message boards.

You can also use Google maps and turn on the Real Estate feature (under the "More" Button).

PS - What's the most unique feature you've seen in house?

Pros: kids love it, no heating needed from may to September, desirable feature in hot climates.
