Xero Accounting for House Flipping

Does anyone out there have any experience using Xero accounting software for house flipping? As I understand it, everyone who uses Quickbooks for flipping uses the 'class tracking' feature to set up each individual property. I'm looking to do the same thing with Xero but not having much luck. Appreciate any help!

I asked Xero online help chat, and the representative said that you can use the feature Tracking Categories to categorize transactions to properties.  Here's help link:  https://help.xero.com/us/Settings_Tracking
