Use the search feature to scope out your target market and learn about the pitfalls others have faced and how they overcame them.

So if you are interested in Spokane go ahead and type in "Spokane" (in the search icon top right) anything after it and more than likely you will get the true movers and shakers from that area that have been in the game and enjoy helping or are in the game and enjoy helping as well. 

I purchased my first home 17 years ago and lost my butt on it.

One of the properties that I currently have under contract already has a tenant in place so I guess focusing on searching for more properties that need less work would probably be a good route to go in order for me to keep up my momentum... anyhow, thanks for asking the question....

The condo has 9 years left of a 15 year at 3.5% Only costs I see with condo (other than the 23 extra a month) are yearly assessments from HOA, home appliance replacement, AC replacement, and a month here and there searching for a renter.

Then, using Maps, search for "self-storage".

For now though, I have started the search for an REI focused attorney, CPA, real estate agent and wholesaler.
