I continually scan the internet sales sites and buy used (2-3 year old) appliances at 1/2 the price of new or less to keep in reserve all the times.

When the tenants go to the bank and pay rent, they get a receipt from the bank and the deposit slip is scanned and immediately available through the bank’s online banking site.I have been collecting rent this way for more than 10 years.

I've provided a few pics to show how staging transformed one of our listings. 

Ideally the lowest price solution or free, would be ideal.So right now I'm thinking that I need to buy a scanner, so I can scan all of my paper documents and receipts. 

I'd enjoy answering this question and including a scan of a purchase closing statement, a mortgage payoff letter/warranty deed returned from a county Recorder's office, and even a 2nd closing statement from the sale of the same property, all spanning 20 or so years. 

I have an amazing interior designer in the Middle East for $10/hr.My handyman or cleaners take pics, videos & measurements of my rooms.
