I'm sure it wouldnt hurt anything for you to have a mentor, it may even clear things up for you, however I would advise on not spending thousands on one.

Also, in a slab foundation the plumbing and electrical conduit  run through the slab and the fire may have ruined those as well which could be a nightmare to trouble shoot.

I made a loan on a park a few years back and it got condemned and need hundreds of thousands ot get it back up and running in the mean time all the homes had to be moved or vacated.. nightmare on elm st.If it has city utls at the street I would factor in converting it into the buy price. just because you have explosive growth does not mean a park will fill takes the right kind of folks that want to live in a park in the first place.Of ocurse if you make it a A to B park it is easier.. pictures I saw had some single wides at least that's what I thought I saw when I glanced at it.good luck

Once it's cut then use a narrow chisel to remove it.I've installed thousands of feet of laminate, and I leave my miter & table saws home.

Assuming the rents cover your expenses, in 30 years when you’re in your 50s and the mortgage is paid off, and you’ve done the smart thing by raising the rents over the years, you will be sitting on a multi-million-dollar asset that cash flows thousands of dollars per month at the cost of a measly $10k or $20k or so out-of-pocket when you were 20-something.

Also, it is often tiered with lower rates per thousand gallons for relatively low usage, but can escalate dramatically for high usage (heavy lawn/landscape watering, pool refills, leaky toilets, etc.),  Sewage is usually a multiplier of the water usage.
