Nice appliances, especially stove, dishwasher and fridge, and my favorite oddly enough is install nice hardwood doors and make sure they shut and open like silk, you would be amazed at how many folks comment on that.

If a business is not making much profit or breaking even then you have an asset sale only.I would buy the equipment and fixtures for 5 to 10 cents on the dollar and sell to a warehouse reseller for that trade or if you already have a different restaurant and can use this equipment at your place then it makes sense to pay a little more.Often times I see owners trying to sell equipment at 50 cents on the dollar which is a rip off.They end up closing down and the landlord tries to offer free rent with equipment in place to land a tenant again.

We shut the water off on all the toilets and asked everyone to please turn water on when using only and the bill went to $26.
