I am interested to see if anyone else has seen this gentrification of manufactured home communities.

Has anyone fully automated PODIO CRM and know of a solid and reputable programmer who can do it for my standards and needs? 

People won't tell you that but those who try to mess with a brokers money get on bad list typically permanently.I win deals because of my reputation whether buying myself or with my clients buying commercial properties.

I only deal with reputable wholesalers that won’t waste my time.

Turns out, the guy who did the appraisal on my clients fourplex had a reputation of doing this.
