They (the county) made contact with the owner and they are waiting for appointment from the owner to inspect.It seems a bit counter productive to me but I guess it’s the way it works.The county isn’t very helpful in answering questions.

As I talk to lenders about my plans that involve more than 10 mortgages, I’ve realized that I have to work with portfolio lenders, but I’m also learning that the loan products from portfolio lenders seem to have higher rates than conventional loans.

Unless you are buying 200 unit apartment communities, then population decline is not really going to affect you if you are in Chicago or the Chicago metro area.

But when looking at products like Propstream, or REIPro that have a maximum allowance of list size per month to be exported, do those of you with memberships feel limited, or is that far more than you would need?

It is our business, as investors, to find bargain properties and either hold them or provide them to an end buyer who wants this product.

LVP is a good product to use in rentals.

There are loan products that can do a 30 year amortization but are on 5 year or 10 year terms.

I declined because I'm only looking for tenants who will stay long-term. 

Any doubt, require a cosigner or decline based on debt ratio/credit report/etc.Hope this helps.
