I found something the other day and will be doing a tour of it tomorrow.4 Family $150Kit has 2 tenants currently paying $875 each and I think it needs a new roof, carpets and paint.Taxes are $6,775 per yearI think it could make $4000 a month easy with the other two apartments rented and the rent adjusted to the market.Does this seem like a good deal?

I hope your right.I just finished touring the property (2nd time), and gave the realtor representing me the necessary paperwork.My Realtor didnt come right out and say it, but he thinks my offer might get tossed, especially if multiple offers are involved.
