I personally prioritize time every week to spend on Bigger Pockets and I am also a featured agent.

I know very well how important reputation is (especially in such a small business like real estate where even in big cities, there are only a handful of big players).

Cash flow is king and that's what a lot of the bigger players are doing right now. 

There are many great niche players that just work in certain parts of the city.Size also matters...some who manages duplex often very different than 100+. 

Sure there are shady players out there.

Really looking for a team player, as I am serious about purchasing multiple properties / asset types. 

I would prioritize finding an accountant who specializes in real estate taxation over one that is local.There are 20+ accountants on this message board who specialize in real estate taxation.

go to the RIG meetings that are weekly  all the players are there.
