What’re some of the distressed note training program you’ve been part of and which one you would recommend?

@Lu Ji

Depending on your level of knowledge, I suggest people start with self educating themselves through bigger pockets, YouTube and books. Understand the difference between a note and mortgage, the process, the players. Once you have that background then review the training programs that are out there as there are many and what may be best for you is not best for someone else.

The one rule of thumb I always tell people is do not buy assets from your mentor. I see it as a conflict of interest and I have heard many horror stories from those who have done this.
