I was in the process with one tenant and the inspector want me to have ground on all the outlet in the house and that sound ridiculous.Yeah, grounding outlets is code and can prevent electrical fires. 

I have a rental where HVAC needs replacing (central heat and air).

In a way, I'm kinda glad to see that my 'competition' is so unfocused, uncouth, and overbearing (maybe it'll be a breath of fresh air when they run into wholesalers who care about them as a person, and sincerely want to help them get where they want to go?) 

Now you've got a lot of balls in the air to juggle, and that's ok, building wealth takes work.  

Also, aside of noise issues, the main reason for the regulations is to prevent landlords to raise rental rates and subtract properties from the long term rental pool.

@Aaron Zimmerman I have owned two homes with forced air, and I have never cleaned the ductwork.

I think the local person would be better suited at preventing these.

It helps prevent double booking, update prices quickly and consistently across channels.

Looking at Air BnB and VRBO, you can still find plenty of listings here, but they are technically operating illegally.

Nothing prevents a lawsuit from being brought against you personally.
