*IF* you want me to put a property package together; going out and taking photos, comp photos, getting accurate comps, a business plan, etc there is a fee for that but it's disclosed, optional, and no one takes it

I know there area creative ways to structure 1031s (i.e. options , contingencies etc) but practically speaking, do you think your end buyer is going to pay a decent retail price for your package as 1?

If I buy a package of, say, 10 SFRs then: (1) Can I still do conventional loan?

Everything was a "packaged deal" furniture, internet and television (a TV came with the home too), and students paid a LARGE premium for the convenience.

If they are in the same condition and the owner is willing to package them all into the same deal, it could be a HUGE win.  

@Guy Yarkoni I do agree what the others have said, but also you may want to determine what you can bring to the table and partner up with someone in the states that can add to the package.
