then maintenance on said trailers would kill you LOL not to mention private sewage is always a risk.. not sure how much there in SC with all the sand ( I was in Charleston this week and drove by a few underground projects in progress over in Old Mt Pleasant and it was all sand so easy digging easy perc no doubt ..

We have been under contract on a few 4-plexes, but after digging deeper either the numbers didn't make sense or the seller's were not willing to make necessary repairs/provide concessions that would make the purchase worthwhile.
