This is a good sign I think.As for multifamily, there are not a ton of purpose built small multi families in SB so they are definitely tougher to dig up.

The main reason to get my license is to be able to offer another service to my investor clients when they wish to buy/sell a property, if they need it. 

My main investment interest is in rentals.
