My town rises and falls with the price of oil.

While writing my business plan, I came across an interesting dichotomy that I'd love some input on.I've gone through this forum quite a bit over the past six months and one of the things that many investors on here emphasize is that your business is, in fact, a BUSINESS and you need to run it like a well oiled machine that doesn't divert from it's criteria or make emotional decisions.

I also wanted to scrape the popcorn ceiling that was dirty and covered in cooking oils. 

Avoid oils, varnish, wax, and polish that is not approved for specific use.Things you can do:1.

Painter, have them apply Kilz  original  oil based, then paint the house, and have the floors profshionally steam cleaned. 

We had gone thru the oil embargo,etc.

I indeed appreciate the "non-troll" opinion you've expressed, so in the same spirit of goodwill, please allow me a few words to explain my "No MAO" Belief.No MAO TheoryNo matter what you are buying, whether it be cars, lemons, or houses, there is an agreement.  

What is your take on the boom oil states in the near future?

in fact, $1,000 gives me control of 42,000 gallons of crude oil.  

Whether it be not changing the filters, or over running the units constantly. 2-4 Years is way to long of a gap to be letting your systems go with out a check up or a maintenance.Would you go 2-4 years without getting the oil changed on your car?
